OperatorWorkflow

Quote & proposal follow-up: handled from start to finish.

02How it runs

Notice, act,
hand off.

Once a quote goes out, the operator keeps track of every open one, follows up on the schedule you set, answers common objections with responses you approved, and hands the prospect to your team when they are ready to decide. A quote that would have gone quiet gets an answer either way.

03Inside an operator

What it knows. What it can do.

Everything is agreed before it starts. You sign off on what it remembers, what it is allowed to do, and when it must stop and hand the case to a person.

Questions

Short answers
to the long worries.

  • What if the prospect says they are not ready?

The operator notes the response, sets the appropriate follow-up interval, and surfaces it again at the right time — nothing falls off the list.

  • Does it know when to stop following up?

Yes. When to hand off and when to stop are agreed in the blueprint; it does not keep chasing a prospect past the agreed end point.

  • How do we start?

With this one workflow. We set it up, prove it on your real data, and you decide whether to go ahead.
