AIMOCS Systems

Software built around how your business already works — your process, your reports, your rules — and handed over for you to own.

02What you get

Three commitments. No off-the-shelf compromise.

Agreed scope, delivered in stages. You see it working at every stage, before the final hand-off.

C/01

Built to your process, not an off-the-shelf compromise.

C/02

Delivered in stages you can see, not one big launch.

C/03

You own it outright.

03What we build

What we build.

Examples, not a full list. If your business runs on a spreadsheet or tool nobody enjoys using, it probably belongs in one of these.

S/01

Operations system

One place for every deal, project, or case — replacing a handful of spreadsheets and side tools.

S/02

Client management

A customer record shaped to how you sell, how you report, and how your team is organized — not a generic CRM bolted on.

S/03

Inventory & ordering

Stock, quote requests, supplier messages, and reorder rules in one system your team actually uses every day.

S/04

Reporting dashboard

The handful of numbers you act on, on a schedule that fits your week, built from your real data.

S/05

Booking & dispatch

Customer scheduling with the routing rules, priorities, and rescheduling policies your team needs.

S/06

Document workflow

Intake, signing, storage, and reminders for the documents your business runs on — built into your process, not a generic e-sign tool.

04How we deliver

Blueprint, build, hand-off.

We map how you work, build it in stages you can see, and hand it over. At hand-off you own the code and everything needed to run it.

01

Blueprint

We map how your business actually runs, agree in writing what success looks like, and list every tool it must connect to and every rule for handling your data — before any building starts.

02

Build

We build in stages against that blueprint. You see working software at every stage — not slide decks, not progress reports.

03

Hand-off

You own the code and everything needed to run it. We document it, train your team, and step back — or stay on to keep improving it with you.

05Questions

Short answers to the long worries.

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. Larger projects are split into stages, so you get working software in your hands at each stage rather than waiting for one big launch.

  • Do we own the code?

Yes — the code and everything needed to run it. We hand you the keys at the end of the project.

  • Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. We list every connection in the blueprint before building. If there is no ready-made connection, we build one.

  • What if our process changes after launch?

We can stay on to keep the system changing with you. Or you have the keys — your team or any developer can extend it.

  • How is this different from a no-code or low-code tool?

You own real software, with no vendor lock-in and no per-seat or per-record fees. Low-code tools make the easy part quick; the parts specific to your business are where they get slow, expensive, or impossible.
