Make the software you already pay for do the job.
We fix, extend and connect the software you already use, so people stop filling the gaps by hand.

What owners ask us to fix.
- “Shopify shows stock we don’t have.”Shopify inventory not accurate? Why it shows stock you don’t have
- “Orders stop reaching QuickBooks.”Shopify orders not syncing to QuickBooks Online? Where it breaksShopify inventory not accurate? Why it shows stock you don’t have
- “Nobody can change the report since the person who built it left.”
- “Our team types the same order into two systems.”
- “We find out a sync failed when a customer calls.”
- “We pay for features nobody has set up.”
What you get.
First, the problem traced and one fix made in a test copy, checked before anything changes in your live accounts.
- The fix or connection, in your own accounts.
- Notes on what changed and how to undo it.
- An alert when a connection fails.
- A test copy first, where your software offers one.

Do we have to switch software?
Usually not. If a tool truly can’t do the job, the note says so and names the options.
What access do you need?
The least the job needs: read-only first, a test copy where possible, everything in your accounts. We remove our access at handover.
What happens when a tool updates and a connection breaks?
You get an alert. If you run it yourselves, the notes show how to fix it. If we stay on, we fix it.
Do you work with NetSuite?
We take on the reports and connections around it. Configuration inside NetSuite goes to a certified partner.
What don’t you do?
Help desk, devices, networks or Microsoft 365 administration. ERP implementations or NetSuite configuration. Changes in your live accounts without a way back.
