It is a resource hub for AI in healthcare for physicians, healthcare executives, and researchers. The library, the evaluation kit, and the paper feed are open to everyone. Abstracts are never republished; they stay with the journals that hold their copyright. ## The clinical AI evaluation kit An open, ungated reference document for anyone deciding whether to buy or deploy a clinical AI tool: https://aimocs.com/kit It contains four artifacts, not an essay: a vendor question list with what a real answer contains and what a deflection sounds like; an evaluation checklist reconciled from the published frameworks, which were written for different readers and disagree; the red flags in a reported performance figure, with the arithmetic that exposes the most common one; and a governance committee starter charter with seats, decision rights, escalation triggers and a 14-field intake form. Every claim carries a primary source, and a section states plainly what the published record does not answer. Two longer PDF reports extend the kit's evaluation and ambient-AI guidance. It is not accredited, certified or endorsed by any body, and it is not legal, clinical or regulatory advice. Reading it requires no account. ## Cohort: A Practical Program on AI in Healthcare A live, online, two-day program for doctors of any specialty, taught by Dr Ibrahem Albalkhi (a medical doctor and AI in healthcare researcher). Cohort 1 runs Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026, 08:00-13:00 US Eastern on both days (13:00-18:00 London, 16:00-21:00 Riyadh, 17:00-22:00 Dubai): ten live hours, both days recorded. It is one cohort at a time, in a small group. Six chapters. Day 1, Understand AI: how machine learning works; AI in healthcare (applications, frameworks, FDA-cleared algorithms, vendor assessment); large language models (when to use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Llama). Day 2, Lead and build: guardrails and strategy; coding from zero; building with agents. No coding experience is needed. It ends in a certificate of completion from AIMOCS, awarded for attending both days live or from the recordings. The certificate is not accredited and carries no CME or CPD credit. Enrolment is direct (no application) and closes Friday 30 October 2026. A seat is one payment, with a full refund until day 2 begins, and the program does not run, with everyone refunded, if fewer than 5 people enrol.
