Who you contract with

Your contract for a seat is with AIMOCS Limited. We run the cohort under the name AIMOCS. In these terms, “we” means AIMOCS Limited and “you” means the person who reserves the seat.

What your seat includes

• Two live five-hour days with Dr Ibrahem Albalkhi
• Recordings of both days
• A certificate of completion

The live days are Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026, 08:00–13:00 Eastern each day, with breaks. That is 10 live hours in all. In other zones each day is 13:00–18:00 London · 16:00–21:00 Riyadh · 17:00–22:00 Dubai.

• Day 1, Saturday 7 November: Understand AI. Chapters: 1. How machine learning works; 2. AI in healthcare; 3. Large language models.
• Day 2, Sunday 8 November: Lead and build. Chapters: 4. Guardrails and strategy; 5. Coding from zero; 6. Building with agents.

Both days are recorded, so you can catch up or rewatch.

Price and payment

The price is the amount you see at checkout before you pay.

Founding price. One payment, taxes included.

Payment is taken through Stripe, and every purchase comes with an invoice. Secure checkout by Stripe. Hospitals can pay by invoice.

Enrolment closes Friday 30 October, or earlier if all seats are taken.

Refunds

Full refund, for any reason, until day 2 begins (Sunday 8 November, 08:00 Eastern). If fewer than 5 people enrol, the program does not run and everyone is refunded in full. Reply to your welcome email or write to hello@aimocs.com.

We refund to the payment method you used. If the program does not run, we tell you by email. This is our own policy, and it sits alongside the legal rights below.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the UK and buy for yourself rather than for a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you reserve your seat.

If you buy before 24 October 2026, the program does not begin inside those 14 days, and you can cancel within them as described above.

If you buy on or after 24 October 2026, the program begins inside your 14 days. UK law lets us start only when you ask us to, so before you pay we ask you to confirm this:

What this means for you:

• Until day 2 begins (8 November 2026), you can still cancel for any reason and we refund the full price. We do not deduct anything for what you have already used.
• Your legal right to cancel ends once the program has been fully provided.
• You confirm the request with a checkbox before you pay. Without it, the purchase cannot be completed.

To cancel, tell us clearly. Reply to your welcome email or write to hello@aimocs.com with your name and the email address you used to reserve the seat. You can use your own words, or this form:

We refund the full price to the payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling.

If you live outside the UK, or buy for a business, the refund window above still applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

If a day moves

If a live day has to move, we reschedule it and record it. We tell you the new time by email. If you cannot attend, the recording is there.

Conduct and data

Be respectful to the group and to the instructor. The live days are recorded, so if you turn on your camera or microphone you will be in the recording. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

Certificate and credit

A certificate of completion from AIMOCS, with a public verification link. Awarded when you attend both days, live or from the recordings.
