  • What does membership actually include?

    The full case-study library, the weekly research briefing with its author sessions and archive, recorded leader conversations, member discussions, and first entry to every course track as it opens. One membership, everything in the room.

  • How much time does it take?

    The briefing is a ten-minute read. Sessions are recorded, so you never fall behind. When a course track is open, plan on about two hours a week — they're built for people with clinical schedules.

  • When do the course tracks open?

    Track by track, founding members first — starting with Foundations. Each track is finalized with the founding class, so early members shape what gets taught before anyone else sees it.

  • What does it cost?

    Terms are shared with accepted applicants before any commitment — no surprises, and nothing to pay while you decide. Students can apply for scholarship seats funded by the membership.

  • Do I need a technical background?

    No. Everything starts from first principles and is written for working clinicians and health leaders. If you can read a study, you can do this.

  • Can hospitals or teams join together?

    Yes — departments and teams join as a group, and workshops can be run inside your organization. Write to hello@aimocs.com and we'll take it from there.

  • How does joining work?

    A short application — about five minutes, three required fields. We review in the order applications arrive, and a referral from a member moves you up the queue.
