Healthcare AI Leadership
By the end of this course you can take an organization from "we should do something about AI" to a governed, board-ready pilot proposal — with the committee that will oversee it, the regulatory classification that binds it, the evaluation that will judge it, and the kill criteria that keep it honest.

Who it's for. Leaders, doctors, and researchers who will own an AI decision at organizational level — C-suite and deputy-level executives, department chairs, clinical governance and quality leads, research directors standing up institutional AI policy. This is the Leadership track's closing course; it stands fully alone, but members arriving from Healthcare AI Landscape and AI in Healthcare Operations will recognize the appraisal drill and gate-design vocabulary re-used here at organizational altitude. Lead lane: no code anywhere; every artifact is a document a board could read.
The capstone. A board-ready governed AI pilot proposal — ambition, use-case portfolio, governance charter, regulatory classification, commissioned evaluation, pilot design with kill criteria — presented and defended live.
