AIMOCS (“AIMOCS,” “we,” “our” or “us”) provides artificial-intelligence consulting services and develops related software applications, websites and APIs (collectively, the “Services”). Protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data is central to everything we do. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information in connection with any Service branded or distributed by AIMOCS.
If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors to our websites.
- End-users of our mobile/desktop apps, web apps, and client-specific AI solutions.
- Business contacts, prospects, and partners.
- Any other individual whose personal data we process in the course of operating AIMOCS.
3. Definitions
- “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
- “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, etc.).
- “Controller” / “Processor.” AIMOCS acts as a controller when we decide how and why to process Personal Data; we may also act as a processor on behalf of enterprise clients.

5. How We Use Your Data
We process Personal Data only where we have a lawful basis:

6. Sharing & Disclosure
We never sell Personal Data. We may share it only:
- Service Providers. Cloud hosts, analytics vendors, payment processors, email/SMS providers—bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
- Enterprise Clients. If you use an AIMOCS solution under your employer’s license, usage metrics or model outputs may be shared with that client.
- Legal or Safety Reasons. To comply with law, enforce terms, detect fraud, or protect rights, property or safety.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale (we will provide notice and choices where required).
- With Consent. If you ask us to or expressly consent.
7. International Transfers
We are headquartered in [Insert Country] but use global infrastructure. When we transfer Personal Data across borders—including to countries that may not provide the same level of protection—we rely on:
- Adequacy decisions (EU/UK);

12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us for deletion.
13. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling
Our AI models may perform automated processing to provide insights or recommendations. We do not deploy solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement, unless we have:
- Your explicit consent; or
- A lawful basis under applicable regulations (and appropriate safeguards).
You can request human review or object to such processing at any time.
14. Marketing Communications
You may opt in to marketing emails/SMS when creating an account or later in your profile settings. You can opt out any time by:
- Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email; or
- Adjusting preferences in the app; or
Transactional messages (e.g., receipts, security alerts) are not subject to opt-out.
15. Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites, APIs or plugins. AIMOCS does not control their privacy practices; please review their policies before providing Personal Data.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced by:
- Email or in-app notice; and
- Revising the “Last updated” date at the top.
Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
